With a passion for great food and the support of our incredible community, what started as a small pop-up concept in Downtown Miami during the height of the pandemic has grown into one of the city’s favorite taco spots.

Founded by chef Frank Neri, El Primo is built on the belief that birria isn’t just a dish—it's an experience. Our signature Red Tacos get their name from tortillas dipped in our savory birria broth before hitting the grill for that crispy, craveable bite. But we're so much more than just tacos. From crispy fries to meaty smash burgers, we bring you fresh, flavor-packed food that pushes the boundaries of what birria can be.
